WinTogether
The WinTogether protocol

A fair opening.
Before the trading begins.

WinTogether launches memecoins through a sealed-bid dark pool. Everyone joins the same pooled opening buy, so transaction speed does not decide who gets the cheaper opening fill.

01 / 30 minutes

Commit

Same deposit per wallet. Your bid stays sealed until reveal.

02 / 30 minutes

Reveal

Reveal the bid you committed. Arrival order does not set your allocation.

03 / One opening price

Settle together

One pooled buy. Proportional fills if demand exceeds the cap.

04 / After settlement

Trade

Claim your tokens and unused deposit. Public trading opens.

What makes the opening fair?

  • Each wallet deposits the same ticket: 0.5% of the launch’s graduation target. It commits a hidden bid of 1–100% of that ticket.
  • A 30-minute commit window is followed by a 30-minute reveal window. Save your private bid backup so you can reveal.
  • All valid revealed bids share one pooled opening buy. The fill is capped at 40% of the graduation target; excess demand is allocated proportionally, rather than by transaction order.
  • Public curve trading opens only after settlement. Claims return the bidder’s tokens and unused deposit; declared team fills go to the team vault.

This removes the first-buy race within the protocol’s opening auction. Bots can still participate, and one wallet does not prove one person. Public trading after settlement can still involve bots, MEV, and price competition.

Your meme. Your pair.

An enabled Stock Token can be the quote asset for a memecoin launch. The bid, refund, and trading amounts are denominated in that asset; the dark pool opening stays the same. Stock Token issuer transfer restrictions still apply.

The launch form lists the quote assets that are enabled.

Team holdings with rules

Declared team allocations remain in a contract vault. No sales for the first 24 hours after launch activation, then a shared daily allowance of 0.2% of vault inventory, capped at 1,000,000 tokens per day and 5,000,000 per week. Proceeds go to the beneficiary.

These controls cover declared allocations in the vault. They cannot identify every undeclared team wallet.

Deposits, refunds, and shared upside

Deposits are held by the dark pool contract. A ticket that is not revealed pays a 2% no-show fee if the auction settles. If an auction remains unsettled for seven days after reveal closes, tickets can claim a full deposit refund.

Trading fees support locked liquidity, the platform, referral claims, and an airdrop reserve. Reward claims pay their recorded beneficiary. Holder rewards use proportional finalized-balance snapshots, excluding protocol custody, LP pools and declared team wallets. The owner signs each allocation batch and holders claim in the launch’s quote asset. LP compounding also requires the owner’s signature.
